Estes Park Lodging on The River Policies

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of your stay is charged to a major credit card at the time of booking to confirm a reservation.  We accept visa, MasterCard, discover and American express.  The balance of the cabin suite rental is due at check in. 

Cancellations: A 25% cancellation fee is charged for any reservations canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date.  If canceled within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited.  Once your reservation is made you are responsible for the entire stay and the dates cannot be transferred. 

Minimum Stay Requirements: The minimum night requirement changes throughout the year.  However, we often have openings between reservations for less than the minimum requirement. If you know the dates you will be visiting, please give us a call to check availability.  

Groups: No more than two units per group are allowed with a maximum of eight people total.  As we are a small property, We find that larger groups destroy the special ambience for couples and honeymooners.   

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed anywhere on the property.  We have plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained! 

Non-Smoking: All of our cabin suites are nonsmoking.  Smoking is permitted on the property.  Please discard cigarette butts properly and be considerate of other guests. 

Office Hours: Our office is open daily at 8:00 AM.  Check in time is 3:00 PM or later.  Check out time is 10:30 AM.  Due to time constraints, we cannot permit later checkouts. 

Occupancy Limit & Visitors: Your cabin suite will be set up for the number of people you specified when making your reservation.  Any changes in occupancy must be made prior to your arrival.  Cribs are complimentary.  The visitors must register at the office.  Our swim spa is for the use of registered guests only and no visitors are permitted. 

Swim Spa: There is no lifeguard on duty so use at your own risk.  Anyone under the age of sixteen must have adult supervision.  A changing room and fresh towels are provided in the swim spa for your convenience. 

Videos: Streamside provides a complimentary video library in the office.  Drop by and check out the selection - from timeless classics to new releases.  We also offer a variety of books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
