Enjoying the view from our stream side park bench!
(Dad & Courtney), from the Kawcak family!

Note: Fall River runs right through Streamside's resort, with many of our cabins and condominium style suites being river-front. Only a few miles from its glacier-fed source, the water of Fall River is very crisp, crystal clear & stocked with Rainbow Trout!

Note: Old Man Mountain is listed as a sacred site by the North American Indian tribes that traveled through Estes Park. Local lore claims that in the 1020's, Old Man Mountain was used as a ski area operated during the summer months, with residents using mining cars to transport snow and ice up the mountain.

We've lost track of how many times we've been guests at your wonderful establishment over the last few years, but we always look forward to our return. We've stayed in three different units and found all to be top notch. The first two pictures were from our stay in the Alpine Laurel (Unti12B), and the last is taken from the bridge crossing over to our unit (Marmot) and is of our grandsons playing in the beautiful stream from which you derive your name. Thanks for all you do to make our visit special! Courtesy Kathleen Boland, St. Charles MO

Note: In the spring each year, bull elk shed their antlers. They then grow them again... while they're growing back in, a fuzzy velvet skin covers the antlers. If you look closely in the above photo, you can see the velvet on the antlers!
