Directions and Maps to Streamside on Fall River
From Denver International Airport:
Take Pena Blvd west to North 470 Toll road. At I-25, head NORTH towards Fort Collins. Take Exit 243 (CO 66: Lyons, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park) and go to Lyons. Follow the next set of directions from Boulder/Longmont via Highways 66 & 36.
From Boulder/Longmont via Highways 66 & 36:
Come into Lyons and take Hwy 36 up the St. Vrain Canyon into Estes Park. At the second traffic light (note the Stanley Village Shopping Center and McDonald's on your right) go straight through onto Hwy 34 Bypass. Follow the Local Directions listed below.
From Boulder/Longmont via Allenspark, CO Highway 7:
This route is 16 miles longer than via Hwy 36, but more scenic. Come into Lyons and take the left onto Hwy 7 through Allenspark into Estes Park. With the Holiday Inn on your left, make a left at the stoplight. You will be on Hwy 36. Proceed ¼ mile to the next traffic light (note the Stanley Village Shopping Center and McDonald's on your right). Go straight through the light onto Hwy 34 Bypass. Follow the Local Directions listed below.
From Loveland/Fort Collins via Highway 34:
Come up the Big Thompson Canyon on Hwy 34 (about 22 miles) to the first traffic light on the east end of Estes Park (note the McDonald's on your right). Turn right onto Hwy 34 Bypass, past the Stanley Hotel (the big, white, red-roofed hotel high on the hill on your right). Follow the Local Directions below.
From the West, Trail Ridge Road/Rocky Mountain National Park:
This route is open from Memorial Day weekend through September or October (weather permitting) and may be closed due to weather on rare occasions in the summer. Ascend to the top of the highest continuous highway in North America and begin your descent. After passing Rainbow Curve, Many Parks Curve and Hidden Valley, go about 3 miles and look for Deer Ridge Junction. Take a left at the junction, staying on Hwy 34, towards Horseshoe Park. Continue on Hwy 34 East and exit the National Park. You will be on Fall River Road. Go about 3.5 miles. As you pass Nicky's Resort, slow down and look for the Streamside sign on your right - about 500 feet past Nicky's and before the junction of Hwy 34 Bypass and Hwy 34 Business.
Local Directions Once in Estes Park:
Once on Hwy 34 Bypass at the Stanley Village Shopping Center, go 1.62 miles, past the point where Hwy 34 Bypass and Hwy 34 Business intersect. Our Streamside sign and entrance are on the left, 500 feet past the junction of Hwy 34 Bypass and Hwy 34 Business. Turn left onto the driveway and follow signs up the hill to the parking area in front of our office.
