This “mélange platter” is provided by Estes Park’s own local “mountain wine and cheese” shop, otherwise known as “cheese.” It is easily enough for two for dinner, and includes a selection of 3 cheeses, 2 meats, crackers, artisan breads, figs, candied nuts and dried fruits.
