Streamside on Fall River Policies

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of your stay is charged to a major credit card at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance of the cabin-suite rental is due at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 25% of your deposit is charged for any reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited. Once your reservation is made, you are responsible for the entire stay and the dates cannot be transferred.

Minimum Stay Requirements: The minimum night requirement changes throughout the year. However, we often have openings between reservations for less than the minimum requirement. If you know the dates you will be visiting, please give us a call to check availability.

Office Hours: Our office is open daily at 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during Peak Season and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during Value Season. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. Due to the time constraints, we cannot permit later check-outs.

Cabin Suites & Condos:  Reservations are guaranteed based on room type, not a specific cabin suite or condo.  We can accommodate special needs upon request, if available.

Occupancy Rates: Rates are for 1 - 2 occupants.  For each additional occupant over the age of two, add $10 per night to the rate.

Occupancy Limit & Visitors: Your cabin-suite will be set up for the number of people you specified when making your reservation. Any changes in occupancy must be made prior to arrival. Cribs are complimentary. All visitors must register at the office. Our swim spa is for the use of our registered guests only -- No visitors are allowed.

Swim Spa: The Swim Spa is accessible 24 hours a day, however, there is no lifeguard on duty so use at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 16 must have adult supervision. A changing room and fresh spa towels are provided in the swim spa for your convenience.  Our swim spa is for the use of our registered guests only -

No visitors are allowed.

Non-Smoking: All of our units are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted on the property. Please discard of cigarette butts properly and be considerate of other guests.  A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if any signs of smoking are found inside of your unit.

Pets: NO PETS are allowed anywhere on the property. We have this no pet policy for the safety of your beloved pet.  We have plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained!  A $150 fine will be issued if a pet is discovered in your suite, reported to our staff, or if we find signs that a pet has been in your suite.

Groups: We will gladly accept groups up to 25 people if availability allows for adjoining accommodations. A deposit of 50% of the total charges is due at time of reservation; the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. We have a facility to accommodate group gatherings/meetings.

Discounts: AAA, AARP, and Active Military receive a 10% discount. We also offer a 10% discount to all of our returning guests.  To take advantage of our Discounts and Specials, you must make your reservation at 800.321.3303.   Discounts and Specials are not available online and cannot be applied to reservations at a later time. Only one discount per stay is allowed.

Movies: Streamside provides a complimentary DVD library in the office. Drop by and check out the selection - from timeless classics to new releases. We also offer a variety of books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
