Duck Race Weekend: May 3-5 is a special weekend in Estes Park. Join us at Streamside with front row seats to watch thousands of yellow ducks race down the Fall River! Sound silly? Yes, but it's fun. Reserve a riverfront condo suite for two nights over the weekend and we'll buy your Duck Race raffle ticket. You condo includes a full kichen, gas fireplace, patio or deck with bbq grill and jetted tub in your full bath. Come cheer on the ducks and possibly win one of many great prizes. All raffle ticket proceeds go to local charities.
A 10% discount for active US military and 5% for AARP/senior citizens with three night stay in our summer season. Discounts will be applied to shorter 1 & 2 night stays during our Spring/Fall/Winter seasons.
Though Streamside has a three night minimum during the summer season, our winter, fall and spring seasons offer one and two night stays in our condo and cabin suites. If you are visiting us during the summer season, we often find 'holes' in our bookings and can accommodate one and two night visits. Please feel free to call and inquire on specific dates if you are not able to join us for three nights. Please note, discounts are valid only with three nights or more during our summer season.
