From Denver International Airport:
Take Pena Blvd. west to E470 Toll Road north. When you reach I-25, go north towards Ft. Collins / Cheyenne. Follow north until you reach Exit 243 (CO Highway 66) for Lyons, Estes Park, & Rocky Mountain National Park. Go west into Lyons. Highway 66 automatically becomes Highway 36.
From Boulder
Take CO Hwy 36 to Lyons. Turn west onto CO Hwy 36 and drive through Lyons.
From Longmont
Take CO Hwy 66 to Lyons. CO Hwy 66 automatically becomes CO Hwy 36 in Lyons.
From Lyons
Take CO Hwy 36 west up the St. Vrain Canyon into Estes Park, Colorado. Drive past Lake Estes to the 2nd traffic light (Elkhorn west / Big Thompson east). You will see McDonalds across the street on the right and the Stanley Hotel (white with red roof) directly ahead, up the hill. Drive straight ahead through the intersection. You are now on the CO Hwy 34 Bypass. Continue northwest 1.62 miles. Streamside on Fall River will be on the left side of the road.
From Loveland / Fort Collins via Highway 34:
Drive west on CO Hwy 34 up the Big Thompson Canyon to the 1st traffic light of Estes Park. You will see a McDonalds on the right. Turn right onto CO Hwy 34 Bypass heading northwest. Continue northwest 1.62 miles. Streamside on Fall River will be on the left side of the road.
From the West via Trail Ridge Road / Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP):
Trail Ridge Road is the highest highway in North America. This route is open from Memorial Day weekend through September or October (weather permitting). On rare occasions throughout the summer, this road may be closed due to weather. After passing Hidden Valley on your descent, drive approximately 3 miles to Deer Ridge Junction; turn left. Stay on CO Hwy 34 east to the exit of RMNP. (CO Hwy 34 is also known as Fall River Road) Drive approximately 3.5 miles. Just after you pass Nicky's Resort, you will see Streamside on Fall River on the right hand side of the road.
Local Directions Once in Estes Park:
Drive west from the junction of CO Hwy 34 &36, either through downtown Estes Park on Elk Horn Avenue or on CO Hwy 34 Bypass. CO Hwy 34 Bypass will connect with Elk Horn Avenue one block before you reach Streamside on Fall River which will be on the left.
To Denver International Airport from Streamside on Fall River:
Turn right onto CO Hwy 34 for 1.62 miles to the 1st traffic light. Drive straight ahead through the intersection. You are now on CO Hwy 36. Continue down the St. Vrain Canyon and through Lyons where CO Hwy 36 will automatically become CO Hwy 66. Continue driving east on CO Hwy 66 to I-25. Turn right (south) onto I-25 to the E470 Toll Road Exit for Limon and/or Denver International Airport. E470 Toll Road will take you to the Pena Boulevard East Exit for DIA.
