Streamside has one private residence with a private apartment that is available for rent through our reservationist staff.  This OFF SITE, two room suite is like home away from home!  Located about 5 miles northeast of Streamside on Fall River and four miles north of Estes Park, this garden-level apartment is rented to adults only.  It's in a quiet neighborhood of 5-20 acre tracts, with great views and plenty of space to enjoy the mountains' majesty. For those looking for an economical extended stay or guests spending most of their time in Rocky Mountain National Park, this may be the perfect unit for you!  It's spacious and well equipped, just not located at the resort.

Included are two queen beds in the bedroom, a sitting area with satellite TV/DVD, a 3/4 bathroom, a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven/stove, and stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc.), and a private patio with gas grill and table set.  The view of Longs Peak from your patio is spectacular. This unit does not have a telephone, but cell phone coverage is fine and you will have free wi-fi. 

3 night minimum stay required.

*NOTE:  We request that guests renting this apartment check-in before Streamside's office closes at 8PM so we can assist you in properly finding your apartment.

Also Provided:  Complimentary DVD library.  Daily housekeeping services are not provided for this unit, all linens, towels etc are provided for you.  Guests staying more than one week will have a housekeeping service on the seventh day.  Guests of Badger may drive over to the resort and enjoy all of Streamside's amenities including Free WiFi internet use, 24 hour access to the indoor swim spa and shared outdoor hot tubs and stocked fishing on Fall River.
